"All services provided are digital consulting services. In accordance with Article 16(a) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to service contracts under which the services have been fully performed if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of service delivery. By completing payment and checking the consent box at checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of service delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal. No refunds will be issued after payment is processed."
